摘要
通过分析西气东输管道最低经济输量或经济运距与运价的关系,提出降低运价的两种方法。介绍了国外油气管道其壁厚、直径、钢级及输送压力的设计应用情况,并对西气东输管道工程钢级的选择提出了建议。对天然气管道重要组成部分的储气库,建议在工程设计初期应加以考虑。另外,就管道内涂层及外防腐层的选择、焊管类型的选择,闪光焊技术的应用、活动断层对管道的影响等诸多问题进行了阐述,并提出了建议。
By analyzing the relation between minimum economic throughput rate or economic transportation distance with transportation price for the Western Natural Gas Transmission Pipelines, two methods to decrease transportation price have been put forward. The design and application on pipe wall thickness,diameter,steel grade as well as transfer pressure for oil/gas pipeline at abroad are introduced. Inter alia,a suggestion on selecting steel grade for line pipe has been especially presented. The author considers that for the construction of underground natural gas storage,an important component part of the gas pipeline,should be taken into account in the initial design phase of the pipelines. In addition,the selection of internal/external coating,specification and type of pipe,application of flash butt welding technology,influence of active fault to the pipelines are described and suggested.
