7.62mm弹颅脑伤时冲击波远达效应对内脏损伤的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验模拟常见的二种伤型,用犬制作了脑贯通伤和脑切线伤动物模型。用线膛弹道枪和7. 62mm制式弹距20 m致伤除进行致伤前后生理指标观察、头颅放射学检查对比和脑的病理检查外,着重研究了常规弹颅脑火器伤时冲击波远达效应对内脏的影响。结果表明:心、肺、脾、肝等脏器有不同程度的损伤出血。提示在救治高速弹颅脑火器伤时,除处理原发伤外,不要忽视可能会发生的内脏损伤。 The model of craniocerebral bullet wound were performed in dogs. One type was penetrating cranio-cerebral wound and another was tangential brain wound. The ballistic rifle 7. 62mm diameter bullet were used in the experiments. The shooting distance was 20m. During experiment, besides internal visceral organs invalved by shock-waves were studied specially. The results proved that internal organs, such as heart.lungs, liver and spleen etc.may get traumatic hemorrhage in different degree.The authors emphasised that in treating craniocerebral bullet wound, the internal organs should be treated also. The article also discusses the. characteristics and mechanism of visceral injury
