耳针配合穴位注射治疗风湿性疼痛30例

Clinical Observation of Auricular Acupuncture and Point Injection in Rheumatoid Pain

目的探讨治疗风湿性疼痛的有效方法。方法选择60例风湿性疼痛患者随机分为2组,对照组30例,采用风湿科常规药物治疗;治疗组30例,在风湿科常规药物治疗基础上辅以耳针配合穴位注射。以疼痛分级法评定止痛效果及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化作为评价指标进行临床观察。结果治疗组患者疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻,2组比较,P<0.05;治疗组治疗后炎性指标ESR和CRP都明显下降,与治疗前比较,P<0.05,而对照组ESR和CRP下降不明显,前后比较无差异,P>0.05;治疗后,治疗组与对照组的ESR和CRP比较,P<0.05,说明治疗组优于对照组。结论耳针配合穴位注射治疗风湿性疼痛明显优于单纯药物治疗,有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective To investigate the the effective methods of treat rheumatoid pain.Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid pain wered random divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group is used Rheumatism Dept routine therapy;30 cases in treatment group is used auricular acupuncture and point injection with Rheumatism Dept routine therapy.Pain classification method to assess analgesic effect and observates the changes of ESR,c-reactive protein(CRP) between the two groups.Results the treatment group of patients in the control group significantly reduce pain degree is,two groups of comparisons,P<0.05;After treatment,The inflammatory index(ESR and CRP) are significantly lower,compared with before treatment,P<0.05,while the control group did not decrease significantly,there were no differences between before and after,P>0.05;After treatment,the ESR and CRP of treatment group and control group is significantly lower,P<0.05.Conclusion Auricular acupuncture and point injection in rheumatoid pain is better than only drug therapy,and have a good anti-inflammatory analgesic function.
