胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的观察及护理

Pancreatoduodenectomy Observation and Care of Postoperative Complications

目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的观察及护理经验。方法收集我院2010年3月至2011年12月行胰十二指肠切除术的患者54例,注意观察患者腹腔内出血、应激性溃疡情况,加强对胰瘘、胆瘘、腹腔内感染、肺部感染的预防和观察,并给予相应护理措施。结果本组54例患者无手术死亡,术后生存1～2年为43例,生存率为79.6%,2年生存26例,2年的生存率为48.1%,3年以上生存11例,占20.4%。并发症发生情况:胰瘘6例,占11.1%,胆瘘9例,占16.7%。结论加强对胰十二指肠切除术后病人严密观察和护理可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the of pancreatoduodenectomy postoperative complications observed and nursing experience.Methods Collected in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2011 pancreaticoduodenectomy resection of 54 patients,to observe patients with intra-abdominal hemorrhage,stress ulcer,and to strengthen the pancreatic fistula,biliary fistula,intra-abdominal infections lung infection prevention and observation,and appropriate nursing interventions.Results 54 patients in this group was no operative mortality and postoperative survival of 1-2 years for 43 cases,the survival rate was 79.6%,2-year survival of 26 cases,2-year survival rate was 48.1 percent,more than 3 years survival of 11 cases,accounting for 20.4%.Complications six cases of pancreatic fistula,accounting for 11.1%,9 cases of bile leakage,accounting for 16.7%.Conclusion Strengthening the close observation and care of postoperative patients with pancreatoduodenectomy can reduce the incidence of complications.
