痛泻要方治疗腹部术后患者胃肠运动功能紊乱症30例

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Gastrointestinal Disorders after Abdominal Surgery Treated with Tongxieyaofang

目的探讨用痛泻要方调节腹部术后患者胃肠运动功能紊乱的作用。方法治疗组30例服用痛泻要方,对照组30例仅对症治疗。结果治疗组服药2～3剂(2～3d)后症状缓解,而对照组需对症治疗5～7d。结论痛泻要方对腹部术后患者胃肠运动功能紊乱具有较好的调剂作用。具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate Tong Xie Yao Fang regulate the role of patients after abdominal surgery with gastrointestinal disorders. Methods The treatment group 30 cases are treated by taking Tongxieyaofang soup, the control group of 30 is only symptomatic treatment. Results The results of the treatment group only taking 2 or 3 doc （2 - 3 days） for symptom relief, while the control group required symptomatic treatment for 5 to 7 days. Conclusion Tong Xie Yao Fang has a good swap for patients after abdominal surgery with gastrointestinal disorders.and has value of clinical application.
