中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Purpuric Nephritis Treated by TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的 对中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法 对我院接治的68例紫癜性肾炎患者,随机分成2组,对照组20例患者,采用西医治疗。治疗组48例患者,根据其证候表现,分别采用不同的中医辨证冶疗。结果 对照组20例患者,治愈13例,好转4例,总有效率为75%。治疗组48例患者治愈42例,好转5例,总有效率为97.9%。结论 运用中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎,疗效值得肯定。

Objective To purpuric nephritis treated by TCM syndrome differentiation clinical curative effect analysis.Methods The hospital after treatment of 68 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis patients,divided into two groups randomly,20 cases in the control group patients,with western medicine treatment.The treatment group of 48 cases,according to their symptoms,using different TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.Results In the control group of 20 patients,13 cases were cured,4 cases improved,the total efficiency of 75%.48 cases in the treatment group 42 cases were cured,5 cases improved,the total efficiency of 97.9%.Conclusion The use of purpuric nephritis treated by TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment is worth affirmation.
