脑肿瘤细胞膜和细胞骨架的观察

摘要 本文应用电镜观察了各种脑肿瘤100例,主要观察脑肿瘤细胞膜及其特化物、细胞连接、微管和微丝的特点。脑肿瘤的细胞连接以桥粒样结构最多见。文中就这些结构在脑肿瘤鉴别诊断和组织发生中的意义进行了讨论。 The cell membrane and cytoskeleton of neoplastic cells in 100 brain tumors were examined underelectron microscope.The morphologic characteristicsof the cell membrane and its derivatives,cellularjunctions,microtubules and microfilaments of thetumor cells were described.Most of the cytomembranesof brain tumor cells were smooth or slightly irre-gular,but in some brain tumors(meningioma,schwannoma,astrocytoma.)cell processes wereformed.The cellular junctions among these tumorcells were variable,however,the desmosome-likejunctions were the most common type.The basallamina Was identified usually in schwannoma.craniopharyngioma and hemangioblastoma.Themicrovilli and cilia were observed in theependymomas and choroid plexus papillomas.Themicrofilaments were formed in cytoplasm ofastrocytoma,ependymoma,hemangioblastoma andmeningioma,the tonofilaments were present incells of craniopharyngioma and metastatic squamouscarcinoma.It may have some help in differentaldiagnosis and interpretation of histogenesis of thehuman brain tumors.
