摘要
从企业法人的非独立性、物资采购的集中性、合同管理的计划性、生产现场的分散、流动性、施工环境的多变性、施工作业的隐蔽性、施工单位之间关系的两重性、施工文件的多变性等8个方面分析了石油勘探开发企业生产管理的特点;在此基础上,就如何按照 GB/T19001-1994标准建立更加适合油田特点的质量体系,分别对合同评审、采购、产品标识和可追溯性、过程控制。检验和试验、检验、测量和试验设备的控制、搬运、储存、包装、防护和交付、统计技术等8个要素进行了论述。
From the aspects of unindependence of the business juridical person,the centralizaton of material purchase, the planning of contract management, the decentalization and mobility of produc- tion site,the diversion of production environment, the covert situation of production,the duality be- tween the production units, and the diversity of production document, the author discusses the fea- tures of exploration and exploitation for the enterprise management. Based on the GB/T 1991- 1994 standard to establish the suitable quality system for oilfield, the author also discusses the contract evaluation, purchase, the reptroactive nature of the product identification,the process control, the testing and experiment,the testing and measuring, and the control of experimental equipment, trans- portation,packing and protection,delivery and statistical technology.
