摘要
为解决石棉刹车块对环境的污染和变温摩擦系数不稳定的问题 ,中国新星石油公司第六普查勘探大队研制了无石棉复合纤维增强石油钻机刹车块。这种刹车块用交联性有机纤维和无机纤维复合增强材料取代石棉并以腰果壳油、三聚氰胺对作为粘合剂的酚醛树脂改性 ,使其分解温度提高。在压缩模塑工艺中 ,增加预热、预压工序 ,提高粘合剂的流动性和产品的物理机械性能。摩擦试验检测和应用实践表明 ,无石棉刹车块的各项物理性能优于国家标准 ,其使用寿命比石棉刹车块提高 1倍以上 ,且无环境污染。
To solve the problem of pollution of asbestos brake shoes, a kind of asbestos free composition fiber reinforced brake shoes for drilling rigs is developed. This kind of brake shoes uses organic and inorganic fibers composition reinforced material instead of asbestos, and takes phenolic resin with additives of cashew shell oil and melamine as bond. In the compression moulding technology, preheat and prepressing procedures are added to improve the flowability of the bond and physical and mechanical properties of the product. Friction test and application show that, all the physical properties of the asbestos free brake shoes exceed that stipulated in relative Chinese Standard, and their service life is one times higher than that of asbestos brake shoes.
