摘要
SL3ZB— 3 7HJ型三缸单作用恒排量往复泵是针对油田注聚合物的需要而开发的。这种新型泵采用凸轮传动机构 ,通过对凸轮廓线的设计 ,实现了恒排量输出特性 ,从根本上解决了曲柄连杆机构往复泵的排量、压力脉动问题 ,无须配备排出预压空气包、吸入缓冲器和灌注泵 ,自吸性能良好。着重叙述了这种泵的主要技术参数、工作原理及结构特点。 1 1台泵历经一年多的使用情况证明 ,泵排量恒定 ,压力无波动 ,运转平稳 ,能充分满足注聚合物工艺要求。
Model SL3ZB—37HJ triplex single action constant displacement reciprocating pump is developed according to the need of polymer injection in tertiary recovery. The pump adopts a kind of cam drive mechanism, realizes constant displacement performance by designing the cam profile, solves the problem of pulsation of displacement and pressure of pumps with crack connecting rod mechanism. The new pump has good self suction capacity and doesn't need the air case and suction buffer and charging pump. The main technical parameters, working principle and design feature of this pump is described. Field operation of 11 pumps for 1 year shows that, the pump can satisfy the requirement of polymer injection with constant displacement and no pressure fluctuation.
