套管段铣器调压杆加工工艺的改进

摘要 针对目前采用 3 5CrMo合金结构钢调质处理制作套管段铣器调压杆不耐高压钻井液冲蚀 ,易造成套管开窗重复作业的问题 ,研制了采用无压浸渍焊接工艺方法在制件表面浸焊一层碳化钨胎体的新型调压杆。胎体以W2 C +WC +Ni为骨架粉末 ,以CuNiMnZn为粘结金属 ,表层厚度 1 5mm ,硬度 3 5~ 4 5HRC ,耐冲蚀性能较好。现场对比应用表明 ,原使用调质钢调压杆进行套管开窗作业 ,约有 2 7 8%的井需重复作业 ,采用浸焊调压杆进行 2 2口井的开窗作业 ,均一次开窗成功 ,取得了良好的效益。 CrMo pressure adjusting rod on casing section mills fails at high pressure and under the action of mud erosion, resulting in repeated window cutting. A tungsten carbide coat is covered on the rod surface by using the dip soldering technology. Taking W 2C+WC+Ni as carcass powder and CuNiMnZn as matrix metal, the coat has good erosion resistance with a surface layer thickness of 1 5mm and a harness of 35~45HRC. The casing section mill with the dip soldered pressure adjusting rod was used in 22 wells, and every window cutting operation were carried out once.
