超选择性动脉内BCNU化疗治疗神经胶质瘤的临床研究

Ultra-selective intraarterial chemotherapy in the treatment of glioma

本文介绍了应用神经介入放射学方法,进行超选择性动脉内化疗治疗神经胶质瘤17例39次的临床效果。其中13例有 CT 扫描复查资料。结果:1例肿瘤消失,10例肿瘤缩小,2例肿瘤增大。化疗后肿瘤平均缩小18.25%。

Seventeen patients with glioma were treatedby intraarterial chemotherapy.The catheter putinto artery beyond the origin of ophthalmic artery.After treatment one patient died of intratumoralhemorrhage and one died of persistent epilepsystatus.Among 15 survivors 13 were followed-up17-29 months and examined by CT scanning.Theresults showed disappearance of the tumor lesion in1 case,the lesion reduced in 10 case(6 reducedmore than 50% and 4 less than 50%,mean volumereduction was 48.25%),and 2 tumors increased insize.In this group 6 patients with glioblastoma themean survival time was 22 months.Another twodied from tumor recurrence or persistet epilepsystatus,8 or 11 months later.The results suggestedthat intra-arterial chemotherapy can obviouslyprolonged the survival time in case of glioma.
