应用Delphi法构建医院网站护理信息呈现指标体系

Design of nursing information showing on hospital web sites with Delphi method

目的:探讨医院网站护理信息呈现的指标体系,为完善医院网站护理信息的呈现提供参考。方法:采用Delphi专家咨询法,选择了护理管理、护理教育、临床护理、医院网络中心、医院教学管理等专家18名,以电子邮件或信件的方式,将调查表发给咨询专家,进行两轮意见咨询。结果:经过两轮专家咨询构建了医院网站护理信息呈现指标体系,其中一级指标11项(护理主页、护理概况、护理管理、临床护理、护理教育、护理科研、护士风采、护理动态信息、相关链接、护理文化、留言板),二级指标52项。结论:通过Delphi专家咨询法构建的医院网站护理信息呈现指标体系,各指标科学、可靠,能够很好地展示医院的护理学科形象,对我国医院网站护理信息的呈现具有较强的指导作用。

Objective： To develop the way of presenting nursing information on hospital web sites and provide empirical evidence for the development of nursing information services in our country. Methods： Delphi method was used to design the presentation of nursing information on hospital web sites. 18 experts were invited to participate the study, the proposed module was consulted through email or letter, who hold the expertise in nursing administration, nursing education, clinic nursing and hospital service information management. Results： The module of presentation of nursing information on hospital web sites was designed with Dephi method, itcomposed of 11 ftrst-grade indexes （nursing homepage, general information of nursing in the hospital, nursing administration, clinic nursing, nursing education, nursing research, the art of nursing, nursing culture, nursing news, essential link, guestbook） and 52 second-grade indexes. Conclusions： The module of presentation of nursing information on hospital web sites was designed with Delphi method which was scientific and reliable, which could be best way to show nursing science.
