摘要
目的:了解护士长当前的核心能力水平及其培训需求和组织持续学习文化现状,以便为更好地制定护士长培训计划提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的一般情况调查表、护士长培训需求调查问卷和组织持续学习文化量表,对5所省级"三甲"医院的156名护士长进行调查。结果:护士长核心能力水平普遍偏低,尤其表现在科研创新、科研设计、开展新技术及新业务能力等方面;组织持续学习文化水平中等偏上;组织持续学习文化与核心能力培训需求呈显著正相关。结论:医院应对护士长进行有针对性、有效的岗位培训,建设护士长群体组织持续学习文化以增进培训效果,进而提高护士长管理水平。
Objective: To explore the core competence, the training needs and the organizational culture of continuous learning of head nurses in upper first-class hospital in Jiangxi province and to provide the reference for making better training plan for head nurses. Methods: One hundred and fifty six head nurses were investigated by using the self-designed demographic questionnaire, nurses training needs questionnaire, and the organizational culture of continuous learning questionnaire. Results: The level of core competence of head nurses was low, especially for the aspects of scientific innovation capacity, scientific design, developing new technologies, and professional capacity; the organizational culture of continuous learning was at the middle level; the organizational culture of continuous learning was significantly correlated with the training needs of core competence. Conclusion: It is suggested to enhance the organizational culture of continuous learning which has positive influence on head nurses' training and to promote their management level.
