八年制泌尿外科教学中标准化病人运用初探

Utilization of Standardized Patients in 8-year System Medical Education

八年制教育对临床教学提出了新的要求,标准化病人(SP)的应用在我国处于起步阶段,在外科临床的教学中应用有限。本文综述了SP在泌尿外科教学中的优势,并从实际教学条件出发,从招募、纳入标准及训练目标、具体培训方案等几个方面,较为详细地描述了在泌尿外科八年制教学中SP的培训方法及运用。

New requirements are raised on the clinical teaching of 8-year system medical education. Applications of standardized patients （SP） in China are in its infancy, and limited application is in the teaching of clinical surgery. We reviewed the advantage of standardized patients in urological teaching, the way of recruitment, inclusion criteria, training objectives of SP, and described in details about the training and utilization of SP in 8-year system urological teaching.
