摘要
针对大庆老油田今后开发建设将面临的一系列生产问题 ,提出了全面配套实施低能耗油、气、水集输处理工艺 ;建立油气集输处理系统耗能分析及能量利用优化方法 ;研究含油污水余热回收利用技术 ;调整技术界限 ,降低原油生产过程中的能量消耗 ;优化可能出现的低负荷系统的运行方案 ,降低系统运行能耗 ;
In the light of questions faced in the development and construction of Daqing old oilfield in future, some measures of energy saving and consumption reducing are put forward. They include that the process technology of oil、gas and water gathering and transporthing should be implemented with the overall matching units and low energy consumption; the methods of consuming energy analysis and utilizing energy optimization for the treated system of oil&gas gathering and transportation should be established; the utilized technique of surplus heat recovery for sewage with oil should be studied; the technical border should be governed;the energy consumption during crude producing process should be dropped; the operation plan of low load system which could be met should be optimized; the operation energy consumption of system should be lowered and the overall matching units of energy saving type for water injection systems should be inplemented and optical operation.
