摘要
大庆油田第二采油厂在应用聚合物母液外输”一管两站”工艺流程时 ,发现由于注入站间距离不等 ,母液需求量不同 ,配制站的输出量与注入量不匹配 ,难以实现同时按要求供液。通过利用”低剪切流量控制器”控制注入站母液进罐流量及通过变频调速器调整配制站母液外输流量 ,保证了每座注入站连续、平稳进液 ,最终达到降低配制系统设备投入、减少工程投资的目的 。
When the process flow of 'one pipe two stations”for delivering polymer mother liquor outward is applied by Daqing Oilfield Oil Recovery Plant No.2,it is found that the supply liquid in accordance with the requirements in the same time is difficult to realize because the distance between in jection stations is not equal,the needed volume of mother liquor is not same, the output of matching\|made station and injection volume is not matched. Through to control the flow rate of getting into tanks by using the controller of shear flow rate and to adjust the flow rate of delivering mother liquor outward in matching\|made station by using variable frequency governors, the liquid folw with continuous and stable entering into each injection station can be ensured. Finally the goals of reducing equipments of matching\|made system and reducing the engineering investment are reached. The obvious economical benefit is obtained.
