摘要
通过现场试验 ,认为聚合物驱含油污水处理的沉降时间可缩短到 5h ,以减少基建投资。处理后的污水由于油含量、悬浮物含量、矿化度较高 ,不能用于配制聚合物溶液 ,只能回注水驱的中、高渗透层。随着聚驱的大规模推广 ,低矿化度清水的注入量不断增加 ,造成注、污水系统不平衡 ,通过“完善调水管网 ,整修排水设施”的办法进行平衡 ,确保了含油污水回注 ,实现地面污水外排 。
It is considered that the settling time of treating oily sewage can be shortened to 5 h through the field test so as to reduce the investment of capital construction. The treated oily sewage can not be used to make the solution of polymer because of having the higher content of oil、suspended solid and salinity, and to inject into the middle and high permeable layer only. With large scale spreading of polymer flooding, the injected volume of fresh water with lower salinity is continually increasing so that the system of sewage injection is not balance. Therefore the method of 'improving the pipe network of call water and repairing water discharged installation”is adopted to keep the balance. The oily sewage injection is ensured. The discharge outward of earth surface sewage is realized. A certain economical benefit is obtained.
