新戊二醇与己二酸聚酯化反应动力学研究 被引量:4

摘要 对新戊二醇和己二酸的聚酯化动力学进行了研究。根据Hu -Wang所推导的采用质量浓度单位 (mol.kg-1)时 ,消除排除水影响的总包聚酯化反应方程 ,对Flory和Lin的动力学方程进行了修正。考察了反应温度、单体浓度、反应时间等参量与聚酯化反应速率的关系。研究结果表明 ,在各种温度下聚酯化反应的转化率在 87.75 %~ 95 .1 8%之间。在整个温度变化范围内 ,新戊二醇与己二酸的反应规律符合校正水体积影响之后的Lin所提出的动力学方程 ,而不遵循Flory所提出的动力学模型。 We investigate the kinetics of polyesterification of adipic acid with neopentyl glycol. Flory's and Lin's kinetic equations were amended by using Hu-Wang's general polyesterification kinetic equation which eliminate the effect of the removal of water. The relationship between the reaction rate and the parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time etc was investigated. The results indicated that all conversion rates in the range of reaction temperature were between 87.75%~95.18% and the kinetic process of polyesterification system conformed to Lin's kinetic theory.
