摘要
目的研究湖南安化黑茶的主要品种十两茶水提物的体外降糖作用,初步探讨其作用机制。方法通过体外蛋白质非酶糖基化试验、葡萄糖苷酶试验、醛糖还原酶试验比较十两茶与其他茶类(茯砖茶-9、茯砖茶-11、红茶、绿茶)的体外降糖作用。结果 5种茶叶水提物在体外均能不同程度地抑制蛋白质非酶糖基化产物形成、葡萄糖苷酶以及醛糖还原酶活性,其中以十两茶作用为优。结论十两茶水提物对糖尿病相关酶具有抑制作用,具有一定的降糖和防止糖尿病并发症作用。
Objective To determine the in vitro anti-diabetic effect of Shiliangcha, a major Anhua dark tea. Methods The glucosidase test, non-enzymatic glycation of proteins test and aldose reductase test were used to investigate the anti-diabetic activity of extract of Shiliangcha, Fuzhuan tea-9, 11, black tea and green tea. Results The 5 tested tea all inhibited glucosidase, non enzymatic glycation of proteins and aldose reductase at various degress. The anti-diabetic effect of shiliangcha was better than others. Conclusion Shiliangcha can lower the glucose and prevent diabetic complications.
