催化装置汽油碱洗罐的裂纹分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对某炼油厂汽油碱洗罐容 2 0 13 / 1的宏观检查和无损检测 ,发现该容器存在大量裂纹缺陷。针对这些缺陷 ,对裂纹进行了分析 ,找出了产生这些缺陷的原因 ,发现该类裂纹为碱脆的应力腐蚀裂纹。在既保证安全生产 ,又缩短检修时间的情况下 ,提出了对这些缺陷进行处理的具体方案 ,即用相同的材料对缺陷进行了补焊 ,补焊后再进行 10 0 %的射线探伤 ,直至无超标缺陷 ,为消除内应力焊后并编制了相应的热处理工艺 ,以防止危险缺陷的再生。实践结果表明 ,运用该方案对容器进行处理是可行的 ,达到了预期的效果 。 With macroscopical inspect and non-damage examination on the alkali-washed tank for gasoline, a lot of alkali brittleness cracks was found. The cause of forming the cracks was discussed. Under ensuring safety in production and shortening the time of overhaul, the scheme of dealing with those bugs was put forward with the cracks being brittleness stress corrosion cracks, e.i. remedial mending on those bugs and radical examination completely was done. The same material as that of making the tank is used to mend the cracks by welding. In order to eliminate remnant stress, corresponding heat-treatment technics was made to prevent the generation of damage bugs. The result indicates that the treatment on the tank is feasible and a good example for other tank’s manufacture and use is given.
