摘要 目的对轴心受压蜂窝构件腹板局部稳定设计方法进行分析,以解决蜂窝构件因扩高后腹板高厚比加大出现的腹板局部失稳问题.方法以试验为模拟基础,用特征值屈曲分析方法对蜂窝构件腹板的局部稳定问题进行模拟分析,分析不同开孔率对蜂窝构件弹性屈曲荷载的影响.结果蜂窝构件会发生单波失稳和多波失稳的屈曲模态,两种失稳模态下蜂窝构件的弹性屈曲荷载相近,并且蜂窝构件的弹性屈曲荷载随着横向开孔率的增大而减小,变化浮动为2%~3%;随着竖向开孔率的增大而增大,变化浮动为50%~60%.结论推导出蜂窝构件腹板的弹性屈曲荷载计算公式及高厚比限值,可运用开六边形孔的蜂窝构件腹板局部稳定设计方法分析. Castelled components' ratio of web height to thickness will be increased if increase the height, which may lead to the web's local stability problem. In this paper, we apply eigenvalue buckling analysis method to carry on the local stability analysis of castellated components of the web on the base of experi- ment, and the paper analyzes that different opening ratios have different influences on the elastic buckling load. The result is that there are two kinds of instability modes:single-wave instability mode and multi-wave instability mode. The elastic buckling load of the two kinds is similar. The elastic buckling load increases when vertical opening increases and the variatio is 2% to 3%. The elastic buckling load reduces when hori- zontal opening increases and the variation is 50% to 60%. We can get the eigenvalue buckling mode, elastic buckling load formula and the limit rate of web height to thickness of the castelled components. That can be used in the web's local stability design of castelled components with hexagonal holes.
