摘要
目的降低夏热冬冷地区办公建筑的空调和采暖能耗,研究改善建筑外围护结构热工性能的措施,以确定适合该地区的外墙、屋顶和外窗的最佳改造方案.方法以咸宁地区2003年建成的某12层办公楼为例,用能耗模拟软件DeST-c,对热工性能不满足要求的部位,采用不同的方案进行节能改造模拟,并将得到的全年夏季冷负荷、冬季热负荷和总负荷数据进行分析.结果研究发现办公楼的外墙和外窗的传热系数都大于规范的要求,所以采取外墙增加35mm厚膨胀聚苯板外保温,外窗更换为low-e镀膜高透中空玻璃的改造措施.软件模拟改造后的效果显示,冬季采暖负荷降低39.08%,夏季空调负荷降低13.34%,全年空调采暖总能耗降低17.4%,节能效果明显.结论夏热冬冷地区既有办公建筑的改造潜力巨大,通过增加外围护结构的保温性能,能够得到很好的节能效果,对于该地区既有办公建筑的节能改造项目的实施方法有指导作用.
The paper is aimed to research on the strategy of releasing the energy consumption of HACV sys- tem in a typical office building in hot summer and cold winter region. The research takes a twelve-floor of- fice building which was built at 2003 in Xianning city as an example, studying the most suitable measure to enhance the thermal parameters of building envelope by using the professional building energy consumption simulation software. Analyzed the data of simulate result, researchers choose the most efficient remolding plan, which contents adding 35mm foam board to exterior-wall and changing the old windows to low-e win- dows. After the reconstruction of this existing office building, the energy used by HVAC system has reduced 17.4% ,which consists of 39.08% in winter and 13.34% in summer. There is huge potential of office build- ing reconstruction in hot summer and cold winter region by increasing the ability of envelop insulation. This paper offers useful advises to the real project for energy-saving reconstruction.
