摘要
目的研究具有垂直各向异性(Pt/Co)n和(Pt/Co)n/FeMn多层膜的磁性和结构关系.方法采用磁控溅射方法制备了以Pt为缓冲层和保护层的具有垂直各向异性(Pt/Co)n和(Pt/Co)n/FeMn多层膜.利用交变梯度磁强计(AGFM)测量样品的磁滞回线和X射线衍射分析样品的结构.结果在玻璃基片上成功制备了具有垂直各向异性的多层膜(Pt/Co)n和(Pt/Co)n/FeMn,20层和5层的(Pt/Co)n多层膜均具有良好的垂直各向异性,X射线衍射峰位随Co和Pt的厚度变化而改变,与理论公式的计算相符合,并且观测到交换偏置现象.结论具有fcc(111)织构的(Pt/Co)n多层膜有良好的垂直各向异性,FeMn以磁控溅射方式成长在具有fcc(111)织构的Pt/Co多层膜上也可以诱发反铁磁γ相.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the relation between the magnetism and the structure of( Pt/ Co) n and(Pt/Co) n/FeMn. The magnetron sputtering was adopted to prepare(Pt/Co) n and(Pt/Co) nFeMn multilayers with perpendicular anisotropy, using Pt as buffer and protection layer. The hysteresis loop of the specimen was measured by Alternating Gradient Force Magnetometer (AGFM), and the structure was ana- lyzed by X-ray diffraction. The (Pt/Co)n and(Pt/Co) n/FeMn multilayers with perpendicular anisotropy was prepared successfully on the glass substrate, and the exchange bias was observed. The results show that when the number of modulation cycle were 20 or 5, (Pt/Co)n multi-layers has better perpendicular anisotropy. And the( 111 )peak and the corresponding low angle refraction peaks change with the thickness of Co and Pt. The results are in according with the theoretical calculation. The antiferromagnetic nphase can also be in- duced by preparing the FeMn growing on Pt/Co multilayer with fcc ( 111 ) texture via magnetron sputtering.
