摘要
为了解决当前医疗输液过程中存在的人力资源浪费及输液控制不够精确的问题,设计了一种由单片机控制、FPGA驱动、高精度的主-从分布式的输液监控系统。上位机设定输液泵的运行参数,下位机按照参数驱动输液泵,能根据控制算法自动实现错误校正,并实时将运行信息反馈给上位机予以显示。经实验证明,该系统运行稳定,可以实现精确控制,可以应用于临床实践。
In order to solve the existing problems in the current medical transfusion process,such as the waste of human resources and infu sion control is not precise enough,design a control by the microcontroller,FPGA-driven,high-precision main-from distributed infusion monitoring system.The host computer set the parameters of the various stages of the infusion pump infusion speed and time,and the firm ware drive infusion pump with the parameters.Firmware can real-time detection of the infusion process and make adjustments,and feed back the running information to the host computer to be displayed.The experiment proved that the system is stable,error control fluid vol ume within the step in the rotor turn,can be applied to clinical practice.
