This paper introduces the SaaS model and railway enterprises establish logistics information platform with the application of the model of the advantage,according to the function module design platform we put forward based on the SaaS model the railway enterprise logistics information platform management system architecture scheme,finally we successfully set up the whole platform system,realized the regional railway logistics information of high efficient management.
