摘要
斯伦贝谢公司套后成像技术Isolation Scanner(IBC)采用常规超声波脉冲回波和挠曲波波场的独立测量成像技术,可以进行水泥胶结质量评价和套管腐蚀或磨损评价。3in探测深度和全方位测量覆盖整个套管圆周使其适用条件更为广泛;其配套软件可对解释结果作统计分析,绘制三维成像图,直观反映水泥固井质量和套损情况。IBC套后成像仪成果中的固-液-气(SLG)相图能显示套管外物质最可能状态,较常规固井质量检测仪器和套损检查仪器有一定优势。通过IBC套后成像测井仪原理、技术指标及其在水平井各井段中应用效果的简单介绍,指出了IBC套后成像测井仪的优点和局限性。
Isolation Scanner sets after the imager(IBC) from Schlumberger used conventional ultrasonic pulse-echo and independent measurement of deflection wave field imaging techniques,it could assess the casing cement bond quality and evaluate casings corrosion or wear.Three inch probing depth and comprehensive detection could cover the entire circumference of the casings,it was suitable for wider applicable conditions;its supporting software could interpret the results for statistical analysis and draw three-dimensional imaging maps,directly reflected the quality of cementing and casing damage situation.Solid,liquie and gas(SLG) in the phase diagram could show the most likely state of the material of casing,cementing quality,compared with conventional testing equipment and casing damage inspection equipment it had certain advantages.By using the theory of IBC sets imaging,technical indicators and its effect in horizontal well sections the advantages and limitations of IBC sets Imaging are pointed out.
