摘要
长庆油田分公司第四采油厂长2油藏注水井结垢严重,影响正常的注水开发。在对长2油藏水井垢样化学组成分析结果的基础上,研制了一种碱性清垢剂,该清垢剂对长2油藏水井垢样中酸不溶部分的清垢率可达49.7%;筛选出一种对长2油藏各区块具有普适性的阻垢剂A;针对长2油藏垢样组成特点,制定了盐酸+碱性清垢剂+阻垢剂A三段式清防垢方案,经现场试验验证效果优于普通酸化。
In the 4 th Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield,scaling was severe in the water injection wells of Chang 2Reservoir,it influenced the normal production of waterflooding.On the basis of analyzing result of chemical composition of scaling sample in the reservoir,an alkaline scale removal agent was developed,the agent was used for removing the non-acid soluable composition in the water sample,the scale removing rate was as high as 49.7%.Sale Inhibitor A of universal adaptability for Chang 2Reservoir is chosen,in allusion to the characters of the reservoir,an scale resisting scheme of hydrochloric acid+alkaline scale removal agent+ Scale Inhibitor A is set up,field application shows that its effect is more optimal than that of common acidification.
