摘要
北京煤化学研究所“六五”期间研究开发了6 5 0mm的加压移动床中试气化装置 ,进行了 5个煤种的半工业试验 ,为煤气工程的可行性研究、工程设计提供了可靠的数据 ;“七五”期间建立了10 0mm加压固定床及流化床气化小试装置 ,对 30余种典型气化用煤进行了试验 ,取得大量煤种加压气化特性数据输入国家煤种资源数据库 ;“八五”期间进行“联合循环发电关键技术———加压流化床气化技术”研究 ,开发建设了30 0mm的中试加压流化床气化试验装置 ,该装置与低热值煤气燃烧试验单元和燃气轮机叶片磨蚀试验单元相连接 ,进行了 5个煤种的完全气化及部分气化试验 ;从“八五”到“九五”期间进行了真实煤气的高温煤气除尘及高温脱硫技术研究。高温陶瓷过滤器试验达到大于 99%的除尘效率 ;研制开发了铁、锌、铜、锰等系列高温煤气脱硫剂 ,开发有自主知识产权的采用气流床脱硫和移动床再生的高温煤气脱硫SMOVEN工艺 ,煤气处理量为 15m3 /h ,煤气脱硫效率大于 99% 。
A pressurized moving bed pilot gasifier that the diameter is 650 mm was developed by Beijing Research Institute of Coal Chemistry during the Sixth Five Year Plan period. Semi-industrial tests were conducted by using 5 kind coals and series of reliable datum were provided to feasibility study and engineering design of gas engineering. A pressurized moving and fluidized bed bench scale gasifier was established during “Seventh Year' period. About more than 30 kind coals that are typical suitable for gasification use were tested and a large amount coal gasification character datum were obtained and put into nation coal resource databank. In the “eight five' periods, the project of pressurized fluidized bed gasification technology that is a key technology of IGCC was conducted. A pilot unit of pressurized fluidized bed gasifier that the diameter is 300 mm was established. It was connected with the combustion test unit that is to fire low heating value gas and blade abrasion test unit of gas turbine. The total gasification and part gasification of 5 kind coals were conducted. High temperature gas dust removal and desulfurization technology were conducted from “eighth five' to “ninth five' period. The dust removal efficiency of high temperature ceramic filter reached more than 99%. High temperature desulfurization agents that including ferrum, zinc, copper and manganese etc, series were developed successfully. Also the SMOVEN high temperature desulfurization process was developed which including the fluidized bed desulfurization and moving bed regeneration process. The gas treatment ability is 15 m 3/h and desulfurization efficiency is more than 99%. It is confirm that this process reached the demand of gas turbine and environmental protection.
