中医药分型论治对低危型骨髓增生异常综合症患者外周血改善的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]观察中医药辨证论治对低危组骨髓增生异常综合症患者的外周血象的影响。[方法]将低危组患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组根据中医辩证分型论治联合西药,对照组单用西药。[结果]治疗组的总体有效率为71.43%,明显高于对照组的47.62%。且治疗组的红细胞、血红蛋白明显高于对照组,有统计学意义。[结论]低危组患者在常规治疗中加用中医辨证分型论治,能明显提高疗效。 [Objective]Observe the influence of treatment for low risk myelodysplastic syndrome patient with traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods ] The patients are divided to treatment group and control group. The treatment group use traditional Chinese medicine with regular western treatment. The control group use regular western treatment. [Results] The treatment group's overall effective rate is 71.43% ,higher obviously than control group's 47.62%. The treatment group's erythrocyte and hemoglobin are higher than the control group's, have significance of statistics. [Conclusion ] Traditional Chinese medicine added in the treatment for low risk myelodysplastic syndrome patient can obviously improve curative effect.
