摘要
[目的]探讨手法整复加杉树皮夹板固定,保守治疗踝关节骨折的疗效分析。[方法]我院自2009年8月至2011年8月,采用手法整复加杉树皮夹板固定,配合中药内外合治,治疗踝关节骨折。[结果]本组68例,随访6～18月,优32例,良34例,差2例,无骨不连,优良率约97%,取得较好的疗效。[结论]手法整复加杉树皮夹板固定治疗踝关节骨折,疗效确切,操作简单,值得在基层临床工作中应用与推广。
[Objective ] To study the effects of manipulation reposition added with fir bark splintage on ankle joint fracture in preservation treatment. [Method ] Take the said method above coordinated with internal and external application of TCM, to treat ankle joint fracture. [Result ] The group with 68 cases were followed up for 6-18m,32 cases were excellent, 34 were good, 2 bad, without bone disconnection; the excellence rate was 97%, with good cure effect. [Conclusion] Manipulation added with fir bark splintage treating ankle joint fracture has definite cure effect, simple to operate, worthy application and promotion in clinic of basic level.
