中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌临床疗效观察

Combination of TCM and WM(western medicine) Treat H Pylori

[目的]观察小柴胡汤结合10天序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)相关性疾病的临床疗效。[方法]300例HP阳性的患者随机分为2组。对照组150例,用l0天序贯疗法;治疗组150例,用小柴胡汤配合10天序贯疗法。治疗10d后,2组均继续服用3周奥美拉唑。观察临床疗效和复发率。[结果]有280例均完成抗HP治疗周期及随访。对照组、治疗组的HP根除率分别为85.69%和94.75%;溃疡愈合率分别89.25%和91.67%;复发率分别为8.6%和1.4%。治疗组HP根除率和溃疡愈合率比对照组高。两组HP根除率和复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);溃疡愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]10天序贯疗法及小柴胡汤配合10天序贯疗法均能有效根除HP感染,减少复发,且小柴胡汤配合10天序贯疗法疗效更为理想。

[Objective] To explore the cure effect of Small Chaihu Decoction combined with 10-day sequence therapy on H pylori related diseases.[Method] Randomly divide 300 cases into 2 groups;control group 150 cases took sequence therapy;treatment one,added with Small Chaihu Decoction;after 10d,both took OME for 3w;observe their clinical effect and recurrent rates.[Result] 280 cases finished the HP therapy and follow-up.Their HP eradication rates were 85.69% and 94.75% respectively;the ulcer cure rates,89.25% and 91.67%;recurrent rates,8.6% and 1.4%;the treatment group was higher than other one on HP eradication and ulcer cure,but no statistical meaning on comparing ulcer cure rates,and with statistical meaning on comparing HP eradication rate and recurrent rate.[Conclusion] 10-d sequence therapy and Small Chaihu Decotion can effectively eradicate HP infection and reduce recurrence,being an ideal therapy.
