直肠类癌内镜黏膜下剥离术的护理

Study on Nursing Care of Patients with Rectal Carcinoid in Treatment with Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

[目的]研究直肠类癌内镜粘膜下剥离术的护理。[方法]对12例直肠类癌患者行内镜黏膜下剥离术,并采取有效的护理措施。[结果 ]12例直肠类癌患者术后恢复良好,无严重并发症的发生。[结论]正确有效的护理措施可提高直肠类癌内镜黏膜下剥离术的疗效和安全性。

[Objective] To study nursing care of patients with rectal carcinoid in treatment with endoscopic submucosal dissection. [Methods] 12 cases with recta] carcinoid were treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection and effective nursing care. [Results] 12 cases were restored to sound health, and had no severe complications. [ Conclusion] Effective nursing care can improve curative effect and safety of patients with rectal carcinoid in treatment with endoscopic submucosal dissection.
