大孔吸附树脂在中药研究中应用概况

The Macroporous Adsorption Resin in Chinese Traditional Medicine Research of General Application

[目的]推进大孔吸附树脂技术在中药研究领域的应用.[方法]分析大孔吸附树脂的性质和原理以及化学结构,从而阐明影响其吸附、解析的因素,来全面介绍大孔吸附树脂在中药有效成分和复方中的应用.[结果与结论]中药复方是中医一大特色,然而因制剂问题制约了其发展,改变这一现状势在必行,而大孔吸附树脂是一类新型高分子聚合物,其物理化学稳定性高、吸附选择性好、解析条件温和、使用寿命长、节省费用等优点,本文对其分离特性和在中药中的应用概况进行综述,供同行参考。

[Objective] Promote macroporous adsorption resin technology in traditional Chinese medicine research in the field of application. [ Methods ] Analysis of macroporous adsorption resin and principle and the nature of the chemical structure, in order to expound the factors affecting the adsorption analysis, for a comprehensive introduction to macroporous adsorptive resin in traditional Chinese medicine and the effective components of the applica- tion of＂ the compound purification. [Results and conclusions ] Preparations problem restricting its preparations, to change the status quo is imperative, it has some advantage including high stability of physical and chemical, well selective adsorption, long service hfe, saving money and so on. This paper reviews its separation characteristics and application to the traditional Chinese medicine.
