胸腰椎爆裂骨折后路伤椎椎弓根钉固定的治疗进展 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]介绍胸腰椎椎弓根的解剖学特点、伤椎椎弓根钉固定的生物力学和临床应用研究进展。[方法]查阅近年来国内外有关文献,进行综合分析。[结果]伤椎椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折,有助于改善骨折椎复位难、固定强度不够、复位椎体高度丢失、内置物松动断裂等缺点,但尚需进一步的理论及临床研究。[结论]伤椎椎弓根钉固定为胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的治疗提供了一种有效的内固定方法。 [Objective ]To introduce the anatomic character of thoracolumbar, the progress of biomechanical & clinical study of using pedicle screw fixa- tion at the level of the fractured vertebra. [Methods] Related literaturs concerning the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures by using pedicle screw fixation at the level of the fractured vertebra in recent years were extensively reviewed. [Results]The method of using pedide screw fixation at the level of the fractured vertebra can well achieve outcome in reduction and stabilitT of the posterior transpedicular fixation to treat thoracolumbar vertebra fracture patients. [ Conclusion ] The pedicle screw fixation at the level of the fractured vertebra is an effective internal fixation for treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
