由于我国慈善医疗事业发展的整体水平还较低,在现有社会保障体系下,仍有许多在医疗上需要帮助的贫困人群。通过对公立医院在慈善医疗事业中应承担的社会责任的阐述,进一步发挥医疗慈善救助的力量,更好地满足困难群众基本医疗服务需求,缓解困难群众"看病难、看病贵"问题。

Because of the low level of our country medical charity development, there are still many poor people need medical help in the current social welfare system. By the study of the social responsibility of assis ted medical charity in a public hospital, assisted medical charity was further improved to fulfill the needs of the basic medi cal requirement of poor population better, and to relief the difficulty and costs of medicine service of them.
