高浓度对比剂应用于多层螺旋CT腹部动脉血管成像的价值

Value of high concentrations of contrast agents used in multislice CT imaging abdominal arteries

目的探讨高浓度对比剂应用于多层螺旋CT腹部动脉血管成像的价值。方法选择本科行腹部CT动脉血管成像(CTA)的患者60例,其中30例(研究组)采用高浓度、低剂量对比剂,即370 mgI/mL对比剂60 mL,30例患者(对照组)采用常规浓度对比剂,即300 mgI/mL对比剂100 mL,根据显像结果评价两种不同浓度造影剂对腹部动脉及其分支的显示效果。结果两种造影方法均能清晰显示腹主动脉及其分支动脉,其中研究组显示肾动脉级别及各级血管显示程度优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组动脉内对比剂浓度比较,研究组各动脉内对比剂明显高于对照组,两组差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高浓度对比剂应用于多层螺旋CT腹部动脉血管成像,各动脉显像清晰,并且对比剂使用剂量减少,可以推广使用。

Objective To discuss the application value of high contrast agents in muhislice CT imaging abdominal arteries. Methods 60 cases of patients with abdominal CT arterial imaging （CTA） were selected, 30 cases （study group） were given high density and low dose contrast agents, namely 370 mgI/mL contrast agents 60 mL, 30 cases （control group） were treated by conventional concentration contrast agents, namely 300 mgI/mL contrast agent 100 mL, according to the imaging result to evaluate belly artery and its branch display effect of different concentration. Results Two imaging methods all could clear display the abdominal aorta and their branch artery, of which study group showed renal artery level at all levels and blood vessels display degree better than control group, differences was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The contrast agents density of artery of study group was significantly higher than the control group, differences of two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High contrast agents used in muhislice CT imaging abdominal arteries, each artery imaging clear, and contrast agents use dose reduction, which can be used.
