转移性肾细胞癌术后卧床患者的护理干预

Postoperative care intervention of bedridden patients of metastatic renal cell carcinoma

目的探讨转移性肾细胞癌术后卧床患者压疮发生的高危因素及预防方法。方法对36例转移性肾细胞癌术后卧床患者发生压疮的高危因素进行分析,并采取相应的护理干预措。结果 36例转移性肾细胞癌术后卧床患者在住院期间,无一例发生压疮。结论针对转移性肾细胞癌术后卧床患者压疮发生的高危因素实施针对性的护理措施,并将心理护理贯穿整个护理过程,能够有效防止压疮的形成。

Objective To investigate the risk factors and preventive measures of pressure ulcer m bedridden metastatic renal cell carcinoma patients after surgery. Methods Risk factors of 36 cases of pressure ulcers in bedridden metastatic renal cell carcinoma patients were analyzed and appropriate care interventions were taken. Results No case of pressure ulcer occurred in the 36 bedridden patients during hospitalization. Conclusion Targeted measures of care towards the high risk factors of pressure ulcer in bedridden metastatic renal cell carcinoma patients along with psychological care throughout the care process can effectively prevent the formation of pressure ulcers among these patients.
