耻骨上膀胱穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜碎石术在儿童下尿路结石中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨耻骨上膀胱穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜碎石术治疗儿童下尿路结石的方法和疗效。方法采用耻骨上膀胱穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜碎石术治疗儿童下尿路结石12例。结果 12例患者均一次手术成功,无大出血,造瘘口无尿瘘,拔除尿管后均排尿顺畅,术后复查KUB或B超无结石残留,随访患者未发生尿道狭窄等并发症。结论采用耻骨上膀胱穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜碎石术治疗儿童下尿路结石具有手术损伤小、并发症少、操作简单、疗效佳的优点,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the methods and the clinical value of percutaneous ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of lower urinary calculi in children. Methods Percutaneous ureteroscopic lithotripsy were performed on 12 children. Results All the operations were completed successfully, with no severe bleeding and urethrocutaneous fistula occurring. After removing urethral catheter urination of all the children became smooth. By postoperative re-examination of KUB or ultrasound lower urinary calculi were found cleaned thoroughly in all cases. All the patients followed up had no such complications as urethrostenosis. Conclusion Percutaneous ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of lower urinary calculi in children is a simple and efficient method with advantages of miniinvasion, which is worth of application generally.
