较系统地阐述了我国在能源利用方面存在的问题 ,并从可持续发展的角度提出了相应对策。指出改变目前的能源生产与消费方式 ,实现能源从粗放型向经济效率型的转变 。

The paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems existing in our country's energy utilization and put forward the relevant countermeasures helpful to sustainable development. The paper also point out that it is crucial parts of sustainable development strategy to change the mode at present existing in energy production and consuming for realization of the conversion of energy from extensive development to economic efficiency and for setting up of the energy system least harmful, even harmless to the environment.
