摘要
针对普通低合金钢颚板寿命短的问题 ,采用控制Mn、Mo含量的方法和空气淬火工艺 ,得到贝氏体钢。经现场试验表明 ,用空淬贝氏体钢浇注的颚板 ,其寿命是普通低合金钢颚板的两倍。
The efforts to deal with the short life-span of ordinary low-alloy steel jaw grinder involve the development of bainite steel by introducing Mn and Mo contents-controlling method and air-quenched techniques.As shown by the experiments,the jaw grinders cast with air-quenched-bainite steel offer a life span twice as long as those made of ordinary low alloy steel.
