摘要
在研究不同结构的管壳式热交换器壳侧流动和传热特性的基础上 ,结合强化传热技术、高梯度磁过滤技术 ,研制了适合煤矿机械液压及润滑系统使用的冷却净化器 .测试表明 ,冷却净化器对 1 0 μm以上颗粒的过滤效率为 84% ,是一般磁过滤器效率的 3倍 ;壳侧对流换热系数比现有冷却器高 1 9 7% .
The flow patterns, pressure drops, and heat transfer characteristics of the shell side of shell and tube heat exchangers with different size segmental baffles, different size helical baffles, different porosity porous media and their combinations were studied by large amount of experiments. By combination of the heat transfer augmentation theory and mechanism of high gradient magnetic filter, a purifying cooling device for hydraulic and lubrication system was created and tested. Experiments show that the filtration ratio of the purifying cooling device is 6 09, about 3 times as high as traditional magnetic filter, and that the convection heat transfer coefficient of shell side is 19 7% higher than a newly developed oil cooler in Japan. The purifying cooling device has been successfully used in hydraulic bolter system.
