基于ANSYS的架梁起重机整体结构参数化装配有限元分析

摘要 针对全回转架梁起重机有限元分析工况多、底盘结构型式不统一等问题,采用APDL编写各结构件通用参数化有限元建模文件,然后根据装配参数和工况参数,将各结构件有限元模型装配成整体,从而获得任一工况下起重机整体有限元模型。由于各结构件建模是相独立的,因此对某个结构件进行修改时,其他结构件的参数库文件无需任何修改,只需重新装配即可得到新的整体有限元计算模型。为架梁起重机的优化设计和改进提供了支撑,缩短研发周期。 The structure generic parameterized finite element modeling file have been complied using APDL, and then, the structure finite element models are assembled into a whole according to assemblying parameters and working parameters. Consequently, a whole finite element model of crane is acquired on any working conditions. Because of the models of structural parts are independent of each other, so that parameterized file of other structural parts are not required any modification when modifying a structural part. The new whole finite element calculation model will be acquired only to be reassembled, which provides supports for optimal design and improvement on girder erection crane, and shorten the design cycle.
