Adaptability Development of the Software Package CMISEL for Data and Information Management

适应性开发是指保留软件的原有功能，改造或增添一些新功能，以增强软件适应性和灵活性的技术。本文介绍了ＣＭＩＳＥＬ软件包并对其进行解剖分析，根据文件结构、格式和工作需要增加了多个新的功能模块，为软件增添完善了急需之功能，使之适用于当前实际工作的需要。

The adaptability development of the software means that the original functions of the software are preserved and the new helpful functions are added to it so as to enable the software to have more adaptability and flexibility. This paper describes the non-commercial software package CMISEL from England,analyses its advantages and defects,and introduces a method to perfect the software in order to apply it to the practical research work.
