布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入佐治儿童毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect on combined atomization inhalation of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide in supportive treatment of capillary bronchitis

目的探讨联合雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液(普米克令舒)和复方异丙托溴铵混悬液(可必特)治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效观察。方法回顾性分析本院儿科2010年1月～2011年12月收治入院的150例毛细支气管炎患儿临床资料,150例患者均采用常规综合治疗,A组50例在综合治疗基础上加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,B组50例在综合治疗基础上加用复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,C组50例在综合治疗基础上采用布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗;将3组治疗后症状、体征消失时间以及总有效率进行比较。结果 C组在总有效率、临床症状改善等方面均明显优于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合雾化吸入布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵混悬液治疗儿童毛细支气管炎有显著疗效,适合儿童常规使用,安全有效。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of combined atomization inhalation of Budesonide Suspension （Pulmicort Respules） and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Suspension （Combivent） in the treatment of capillary bronchitis. Meth- ods The clinical data of 150 children with capillary bronchitis admitted to pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. All of 150 cases were given conventional comprehensive treatment, and 50 cases of group A were added with atomization inhalation of Pulmicort Respules on basis of comprehensive treatment, 50 cases of group B were added with atomization inhalation of Combivent on basis of comprehensive treatment, and 50 cases of group C were added with combined atomization inhalation of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide on basis of comprehensive treatment. The disappeared time of symptoms and signs and total effective rate after treatment of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and improvement of clinical symptoms in group C were significantly better than those of group A and B, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of combined atomization inhalation of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide in children with cap illary bronchitis has an evident clinical effect, which is suitable for the routine application of children, and is safe and effective.
