双源CT冠状动脉成像的护理

Nursing of coronary artery imaging of dual-source CT

目的探讨双源CT冠状动脉成像的相关护理措施。方法对600例行双源CT冠状动脉成像检查患者的相关资料进行分析,做好检查前、检查中及检查后的相关护理工作,并对出现的症状做适当对症处理。结果 600例患者无一例推注造影剂过程中出现渗漏,只有1例患者出现皮疹,未出现严重的变态反应;检查后,达到优良诊断标准的为570例,优良率为95%。结论细心、精确和科学有效地做好护理工作对提高影像质量至关重要,是协助医师顺利完成双源CT冠状动脉筛选的重要保障。

Objective To discuss the related nursing measure of dual-source CT coronary artery imaging. Methods Dualsource CT coronary artery imaging examination was performed on 600 patients with coronary heart disease, the related nursing measures were carried out before and after the examination, and appropriate treatment on symptoms was made also. Results No leakage was observed on the patient in the process of bolus injection of contrast agent. One patients was ob- served rash but with no serious allergic reaction. After the examination, 570 cases achieved excellent diagnostic criteria, the excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion Careful, precise and effective nursing is very important to improve imaging quality. It is also important to guarantee to assist the physician completed successfully with dual-source coronary CT screening.
