The settling thickening effect of KMLY lamella thickener is analyzed,which shows that KMLY lamella thickener can greatly improve the characteristis of the pulp flow and distribution in the thickener so as to raise its volume utilizatoin coefficient,shorten the fine particle settling route so as to speed up its setting velocity and improve the settling efficiency and increase the effective settling area by several times so as to raise the equipment capacity by 3～ 6 times.
