在儿科病房实施责任包干制整体护理的临床意义

Study on the Clinical Implications of the System of Responsibility for Overall Treatment in Pediatric Department

目的:探讨在儿科病房实施责任包干制整体护理的效果。方法:针对儿科患者实施责任小组包干制护理模式,对护理人员实行层级管理,重新分配岗位职责和APN连续排班,对患者实施从入院至出院,从生理到心理,从日常基础护理到各项治疗性护理,都由特定护士负责,针对患者制定一系列措施,全程跟踪。从患者满意率、基础/专科护理落实率、健康教育覆盖率、医护关系满意率4个方面进行评价。结果:笔者所在科实行责任小组包干制护理后,护士积极主动性有了极大程度提高,与患者之间的互动也较以往更加密切。护理质量得到了改善,从而大大推动了传统的护理模式-功能制护理发展。结论:责任包干制整体护理作为一种新颖的护理模式,在实施过程中,充分发挥了各层次护理人员的作用,提高了护士对专业护理技能的掌握,保证了护理工作质量,并在患者满意率和医护关系的改善上取得了很好的效果。

Objective：To explore the remarkable success in the complementation of the system of responsibility for overall treatment in Pediatric Department.Method：To carry out the system of responsibility in Pediatric Department with the guides aimed to the nurses, which includes the ievel-management, redistributing job responsibilities and continuous scheduling.Under the system, children are taken good care physiologically and psychologically of by certain assigned nurses based on daily treatment and all kinds of treatment nursing through the whole course from hospitalization to discharge by special measures exclusively for the patients with all-course tracking.The articie deals with the study of the system of responsibility including patient satisfaction, the implication of basic nursing/clinical specialized care, the effect of health education and satisfaction rate of doctor- nurse relationship.Result：Nurses have been motivated in a greatly higher degrees with closer interaction with patients after the implement of the system of responsibility for overall treatment.Conclusion：It heips the treatment quality to be improved and thus greatiy promote the traditional treatment mode- Functional Treatment.
