长期异物引起的外耳道肉芽形成3例

Three Cases with External Auditory Canal Granulation Caused by Long-term Foreign Body

外耳道异物是临床上常见外耳疾病之一,诊断并不困难,但外耳道异物长期滞留可诱发外耳道皮肤糜烂、肉芽形成常被忽视。有报道称以鱼石脂治疗外耳道肉芽形成,也有手术切除的报道。笔者所在医院五官科2010-2012对3例由于外耳道长期异物滞留导致外耳道肉芽形成的患者采用激光照射治疗,无痛、时间短,收到较好效果。
