肇庆市市直6家幼儿园儿童2007-2011年的健康状况分析

The Health Status Analysis of 6 Kindergartens Directly under Zhaoqing from 2007 to 2011

目的：了解肇庆市幼儿园儿童的生长发育状况及其动态变化，为进一步做好儿童保健工作和制定本地区儿童健康发展规划提供依据。方法：对肇庆市市直6家幼儿园儿童2007—2011年的健康检查资料进行统计分析。结果：5年来，营养不良检出率波动在0．37％～2．79％之间，发育迟缓呈现下降趋势，低体重、消瘦的变化不明显；龋患率随着年龄的增长逐渐增高，男童和女童的龋患率比较差异无统计学意义（χ^2=2．411，P=0．120）；贫血患病率呈下降趋势，男童和女童的贫血患病率比较差异无统计学意义（χ^20．530，P=0．971）。结论：肇庆市市直6家幼儿园儿童的营养状况良好，防龋工作成为幼儿园卫生保健工作的重点，预防应尽早做起。

Objective：To find out children＇s growth and development status and its variation in Zhaoqing kindergartens, in order to further implement the child care work and provide references for formulating the local children health development planning.Method：Used statistical analysis methods to analyze child heath check data of the 6 kindergartens directly under Zhaoqing from 2007 to 2011.Result：Malnutrition incidence varied between 0.37%-2.79%, hypoevolutism was observed a downtrend, change of low weight and marasmus wasn＇t obvious ; caries incidence gradually increased with the growth of age, the prevalence among boys was not statistically significant than among girls（χ^2=2.411, P=0.120） ; anaemia incidence was observed a downtrend, the prevalence among boys was not statistically significant than among girls（ χ^2=0.530, P=0.971）.Conclusion：Children＇s nutrition status in the 6 kindergartens directly under Zhaoqing is well, and precaution against caries is the emphasis of hygiene and health care work, which should be started as soon as possible.
